1. Service Agreement

  • Cleaning Star Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services as requested by the client. By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are authorized to allow access to the premises for cleaning purposes.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
  • We require accurate details regarding your home or business to provide the best service possible.
  • Recurring cleaning appointments (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) will be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept [credit card, cash, bank transfer, etc.].
  • Prices are based on the size and condition of the property; additional fees may apply for excessive clutter or deep cleaning needs beyond the initial estimate.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of [amount or percentage].
  • If we arrive for a scheduled cleaning and cannot gain access to the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a touch-up at no extra cost.
  • We do not offer refunds but will work to resolve any concerns.

6. Liability & Damages

  • Our team exercises the highest level of care when handling your belongings. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for fragile, unsecured, or high-value items.
  • Clients must notify us of any special care instructions for delicate surfaces, furniture, or fixtures.
  • Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Health & Safety

  • Our cleaners are trained professionals who follow strict safety protocols.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous, including excessive mold, infestations, or unsafe environments.
  • Clients must secure pets during service to ensure the safety of both pets and our staff.

8. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If using a key or security code, we ensure the utmost confidentiality and security.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will never share your personal or property information with third parties.
  • Any client information collected is solely for the purpose of scheduling and providing cleaning services.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Cleaning Star Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
